Life Coaching

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching supports individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and uncertain in life, and are looking to make a change. It adopts a spiritual approach by emphasizing embodiment and a meditative mindset.

By guiding individuals to explore where they experience stress in their bodies, life coaching assists them in transitioning from mental preoccupation to physical awareness.

With
Life Coaching
you can:

  • Feel confident & empowered

  • Express yourself authentically

  • Manage priorities in life without feeling overwhelmed

  • Step out of your comfort zone

How is Life Coaching Different from Therapy?

Picture yourself adrift at sea: a therapist would send a boat to rescue you and bring you to safety, while a life coach would stand on the shore, instructing you on how to move your arms and kick your legs.

The coach would guide you toward land and instill in you the belief that you possess the capability to reach the shore independently. They would empower you to navigate your way to safety without physically entering the water alongside you.
